DvuURL is an application that runs in the system tray and monitors sites
visited by Internet Explorer®. You can easily add notes about a site - eg,
a user name and password can become a site note. The next time you
visit that site your notes pop up in a balloon tip on the system tray. You
may also block the browser from opening specified sites.
